Gabby guided me on a beautiful meditation into the hypnosis, which felt perfectly timed for me. I felt very conscious throughout.

I was aware of ,rather than saw my higher self and had some really clear visuals, most of which I knew what they meant. I was reassured that I was being supported and guided through life, and the message was to not try so hard, which is really true for me. I surprised by the humour of my higher self - I was 'told off' for not meditating and speaking to them more often! There was laughter and tears and a real sense of being connected and guided and a reminder to trust. It was a beautiful experience.
